The S-8110 remotely controlled underwater viewing system includes the RCS-3110 72X color zoom underwater television camera, the PTE-100 variable speed underwater pan and tilt, and two UL-212 underwater lights with pre-focused, high efficiency lamps.

The system is ideally suited for demanding underwater inspection applications. The pan and tilt provides a full range for viewing in all directions, and with a large speed range, the camera and lights can be rapidly moved into position, or can be slowly scanned during detailed high magnification inspections.

The camera has a minimum scene illumination of only 0.016 lux with integration while maintaining full color capability. Without integration, the minimum scene illumination is still a low 1.0 lux. This allows better color imaging and greater underwater viewing ranges.

The housing and mounting equipment for all components are fabricated of 300 series stainless steel for underwater corrosion resistance and easy decontamination for nuclear applications.
